By submitting your photo, you give Babies Palace and our sponsors permission to display the photo on any or all web sites or through email. We have the right to crop and adjust photos as needed. Photos must be submitted by parents or relations only. When using public forums, we expect everyone to be courteous. No bashing or cussing other people or babies. We are very strong on this and will monitor all message boards when they are up. This could lead you to be banned from all message boards and all Babies Palace pages. We may collect cookies or IP address so we know what pages are visited more frequently. We can not retrieve any personal information from this. Also, we can not guarantee sponsors will follow though with what they have offered. This is by email only- nothing written. We will not take responsibility if your child's photo is stolen from our site. Our outlet sells gently used clothing- some new clothing. We will not be held responsible for light staining. We do look at all clothing and will notify you if we see clothing with staining on it. We will accept returns, although we are not responsible for shipping and handling expenses.
